How secure is my information?

  • Zip code
  • Email address
  • Telephone number(s)
  • Credit card number(s)

Information associated with transacting business with your Local First Card:

  • Items purchased
  • Date and time of your transaction 

How We Use Information:

We may use the information we collect to: process a transaction, provide products or services you request, improve our products, enhance your shopping experience, and for marketing and promotional purposes. 

Information Sharing:

As a convenience to you, we automatically register you to our merchant program. This allows you to start getting merchant offers and notifications of fun events right away. As such, we will grant merchants you transact with access to your name, email address, and telephone number. We do not share your information with merchants that you haven’t transacted with and we do not sell your information to third parties. You always have the option to opt out of the merchant program. If you choose to opt out, our fraud prevention process still requires us to share the above information with merchants. However, merchants will be notified that you have opted out of all marketing and promotional aspects of the program.

Information Security:

We take a proactive approach to securing your personal information. To help provide you with the best possible experience, we adhere to the following policies:

  • We do not sell any personal or credit information to third party sources.
  • We ensure you are not responsible for any charges you did not authorize. We will work quickly to resolve any fraud situations you may encounter.
  • For some cardholder inquiries, we may ask that you provide additional information. This helps us ensure that we are talking to the right customer and making the right changes.
